TEAM AUDITIONS

It’s that time of year again. Z Dynasty Team Auditions are coming up!


August 24 & 31 (Sunday)

at rndzvs the studio


1) Fill out the interest form to participate in team auditions and/or be considered for a training team (link below).

2) Register for your chosen team's prep class and auditions (links below).

3) Attend the in person audition prep class for the respective team.

  • If you cannot attend the in person class, you may learn the combo via online through social media.

4) Attend the in person audition for the respective team.

  • If you are not able to attend in person, you may submit your audition video via online form.

5) At the in person audition, each dancer will perform in front of judges at least twice.

  • After your second round, you’re encouraged to freestyle. Show off any styles, tricks, or personal flavor.

6) Some dancers may receive callbacks to perform again.


Team rosters will be announced via Instagram on 9/4. Dancers who will make it to their respective teams will be contacted via email as well. Those who audition and make it on multiple teams will receive separate confirmation emails for each team.

The monthly tuition structure for adult teams:


1 team = $99

2 teams = $139

3 teams = $169

4 teams = $189

The monthly tuition structure for youth teams:


1 team = $149

2 teams = $199

3 teams = $224

4 teams = $249



Members of the Z Dynasty Dance Company will receive the following perks as part of their monthly tuition:

  • Unlimited classes at RNDZVS The Studio (does not include masterclasses)
  • Access to "Open Lab Hours" at RNDZVS The Studio whenever classes are not in session
  • Priority registration and referrals for talent agency, label auditions, performance opportunities


IMPORTANT NOTE!

Z Dynasty company members will be required to take 4 classes per month at RNDZVS The Studio. Our mission as a dance company is to have dancers who continuously improve in their craft, which can only be done by constantly training and learning. We understand circumstances and unforeseen events may hinder some dancers from achieving this requirement consistently (live too far, classes are too late, etc). However, this requirement is not to be seen merely as a check box, but rather as a benchmark for dancers to commit to that will reap benefits quickly. AUDITION FAQs

  • Do I need to attend the prep class in order to audition?

    All dancers are required to learn the routine on their own if they are unable to attend the prep class. Regardless if you attend the prep class or not, the total audtion fee is $40.

  • If I'm uncertain about attending the audition, can I just sign up for the prep class?

    Yes, dancers who would like to attend the prep class only can purchase through the links above. If a dancer decides to audition after attending the prep class, they can purchase audition class. 

  • I won't be able to attend the audition. Do you accept video submissions?

    Yes, we will accept video submissions from dancers who are unable to attend the audition in person. Dancers must still pay $40 in order for their video submission to be considered. Video submitters must also contact us at hello@kpopdancedallas.com to let us know their situation and to keep an eye out for video submissions.
