Z DYNASTY DANCE TEAMS

Our dance teams represent the heart of our company.

Each team trains with purpose, pushes limits, grows their skills and prepares members to compete at world-class levels.

ADULT TEAMS


Izavibe is an intermediate/advanced adult hip-hop competition team that pushes dancers to train hard, grow together, and hit competition stages with powerful sets. This team focuses on original choreography and rehearses on Sundays from 6-8 PM.

I-dol-ize is an intermediate/advanced adult Kpop cover team that brings high energy and fan-favorite routines to both competition and exhibition stages. Focused on precision and performance, the team rehearses every Sunday from 4-6 PM.

Gemz is an adult foundations training team (beginner friendly) focused on original choreography and K-pop covers. Designed for dancers looking to grow, this team is the perfect space to train hard, build confidence, and potentially join one of our adult competition teams. They rehearse on Thursdays from 7–9 PM and perform in exhibitions.

YOUTH TEAMS


ARIZE is our intermediate/advanced youth hiphop competition team focused on original choreography sets. Designed for young dancers ready to push themselves, the team rehearses every Sunday from 2–4 PM.

CHARIZMA is our  intermediate/advanced youth Kpop cover team of dancers bringing KPop cover performances to both competitions and exhibitions. Focused on clean execution, teamwork, and idol-level presence, this team trains hard and rehearses every Tuesday from 7–9 PM.

VIZION

VIZION is our beginner/intermediate youth Kpop cover team focused on improving technique, synchronization, teamwork, and stage confidence. This team prepares for both competitions and exhibition performances. VIZION rehearses every Monday from 5:30-7:30 PM.

ZOOM is our kids' hip-hop competition team built for young dancers who love to move big and dream even bigger. With a mix of original choreography and K-pop covers, they train for both competitions and exhibitions. Rehearsals are every Tuesday from 5:30–7:00 PM.

COZMIC

COZMIC is our youth foundations training team (beginner friendly) designed to help dancers grow. Focused on original choreography and KPop covers, this team is perfect for those building their skills and confidence with the goal of joining a competition team. They perform at exhibitions and rehearse every Monday from 7:30-9:30 PM.

COMPANY POLICIES


Tuition

  • Tuition is billed on the 1st of each month and is due by the 5th of the month.
  • For Youth Teams, the initial tuition payment includes both the first month's and last month's tuition for the dance season.
  • Tuition is processed through iClassPro using recurring automatic payments. A valid payment method must be added and maintained on file at all times.
  • A $25 late fee will be applied on the 6th of each month to any past-due account, including payments that fail due to insufficient funds, expired cards, inaccurate billing information, or other payment issues.
  • Tuition does not include registration fees, competition fees, costumes, recital/showcase fees, travel expenses, or any other applicable team-related costs unless otherwise stated.


Commitment 

By accepting a position on a team, dancers understand they are committing to:

  • Weekly rehearsals
  • Competitions
  • Studio showcases
  • Team performances
  • Required rehearsals before events
  • Studio meetings and mandatory activities


Company teams require a season-long commitment. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, valid reasons such as medical concerns, family emergencies, or relocation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We ask that dancers and families carefully consider their availability before accepting a team placement. 


Communication

Open communication is everyone's responsibility.


Members should:

  • Regularly check Discord (invite will be sent after the 1st team meeting).
  • Communicate any team-related conflicts, questions and concerns with your Team Captain first. 
  • Be open to feedback and corrections. 


Parent Expectations (for Youth Teams)

Parents are expected to:

  • Ensure dancers arrive on time.
  • Keep up with studio communications.
  • Support studio policies.
  • Encourage positive sportsmanship.


Safety & Personal Belongings

  • Z Dynasty is not responsible for students who leave the studio or facility without proper parent/guardian accompaniment.
  • Participation in dance and other physical activities involves an inherent risk of injury. By participating in Z Dynasty programs, dancers and their families acknowledge these risks. Z Dynasty, its instructors, and staff cannot be held liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, performances, competitions, or other studio-related activities.
  • Z Dynasty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal belongings. Dancers are encouraged to avoid bringing valuables to the studio and should ensure they collect all personal items before leaving each class or rehearsal.


Studio Rights and Discretion

Team Placement

  • Z Dynasty reserves the right to place dancers on the team that best matches their current skill level, work ethic, commitment, and overall fit. Team placements are final and may be adjusted throughout the season if deemed necessary by team captain and company management.


Choreography & Formations

  • Z Dynasty reserves the right to modify choreography, formations, performance groups, and casting at any time to best serve the needs of the team or performance.


Performance Eligibility

  • Z Dynasty reserves the right to withhold a dancer from any performance or competition if attendance, preparedness, behavior, tuition, or other requirements have not been met.


Team Membership

  • Z Dynasty reserves the right to place a dancer on probation or remove them from a company team if studio policies, attendance expectations, financial obligations, or behavioral standards are not upheld.


Media

  • By participating in Z Dynasty activities, dancers and parents grant permission for photos and videos taken during classes, rehearsals, competitions, and performances to be used for promotional purposes.
